• Our Low Price Guarantee policy guarantees that Conn's will match prices, per policy terms set below, on identical, new merchandise items that are in-stock and immediately available. Policy covers all products except Apple branded items which are excluded.
• A merchandise item must be an exact match in terms of brand, model number, size and color. Competitor shipping / delivery / installation charges are not covered under our Low Price Guarantee. Conn's must be able to independently confirm such competitor's price.
• To execute a price match, a customer should show or cite evidence of a lower competitor price to a Conn's Sales Associate in-store or Customer Service Representative for online purchases at the time of purchase. Conn's Associates will view the competitor's website to independently confirm the price, in-stock availability, brand, model number, size, and color of the merchandise to be exact matches.
• Our Low Price Guarantee cannot be combined with other Conn’s promotional offers such as gifts with purchase or package/bundle discounts.
• National retailers covered by this policy are Best Buy, Lowe's, Home Depot, Walmart, Target, and Mattress Firm. Items must be directly sold by named national retailer. Products shipped or sold by third-party sellers on named national retailers' websites are excluded.
• We match Conns.com prices on in-store purchases only at the time of purchase.
• If a price at Conn's is lowered during our return/exchange period for the item, we will (upon request) match the lower price and waive any re-stocking fee. Prices lowered by competing national retailers during our return/exchange period for the item are not available for price matching.
• Competitor prices offered by named retailers must be available to any and all customers - prices cannot be restricted to loyalty members or non-warehouse membership programs. Senior citizen, military, employee and volume/wholesale discounts are excluded.
• Our Low Price Guarantee does not cover competitor bundle offers, free items, online “in cart only” prices, typographical or pricing errors, mail-in or online rebate offers, coupons or other percent off or dollar off discounts, items advertised as limited quantity, clearance, open box, credit card offers, gift card offers, sales tax promotions or tax-free events, cell phone activation or carrier discounts.
• We reserve the right to limit the quantity of price match items per customer per day.
• Our Low Price Guarantee excludes sale items at both Conn’s and competitors for the period from Thanksgiving through the Monday after Thanksgiving and pricing designated as early Black Friday or Cyber Monday extended.
