Returns & Exchange Policy

Any item purchased in-store or online can be returned to your nearest Conn's HomePlus location. Find a store. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement, return or exchange.  

  Requirements for a return or exchange:

  • Proof of purchase (copy of invoice) 
  • Merchandise must be in new condition as determined by Conn's HomePlus 
  • Merchandise must include original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories (value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amount) 
  • All free promotional items tied to the purchase must also be returned 
  • Refunds will be processed based on original payment method. If original payments made by cash, a  refund check will be processed within 10 days. 
  • Pre-Paid or Gift Card purchases will be refunded back to original form of payment and cannot be issued as cash or check. El costo de manejo y embarque no es retornable en ningún cambio.

  • Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the order and applied to original payment method and is usually credited back to your account within 7-10 business days based on your bank  
  • Pre-Paid or Gift Card purchases will be refunded back to original form of payment and cannot be issued as cash or check

Some items cannot be returned and that includes:  Mattresses, Furniture (not décor & accessories) unless inspected by a Conn’s Service technician and found to have a manufacturer’s defect.

RESTOCKING FEES

Some items we sell have a restocking fee if returned by a customer. There is a 15% restocking fee applied to opened and returned items which is due at the time of the return or exchange and may not be financed on your Conn's Credit Card or Conn's Credit and will need to be paid through a cash/credit option. There is no restocking fee if the product is returned unopened & factory sealed within the return period.  

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Conn's HomePlus does not allow returns or exchanges unless inspected by a Conn's Service Technician and found to have a manufacturer's defect. Items below are final sale and cannot be returned.  

  • Furniture and mattresses 
  • A/Cs used in home 
  • Installed Home Improvement Products including: Flooring & Countertops
  • Any DJ Party stereo equipment 
  • Computer Software

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Delivery and installation charges are not refundable on any returns.

  • Si tu producto falla mientras se encuentra dentro del programa de productos de reemplazo de Conn's (RPP, por sus siglas en inglés) será reemplazado bajo los términos del RPP. 
  • Refunds for Conn’s Credit purchases will be paid to form of payment, less any unpaid restocking fee. 

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER

  • If the item has not been scheduled for delivery, call 1-866-765-1513 to request cancelation. Please provide invoice number in order to speed up the process.  
  • If the item has already been scheduled for delivery, you can refuse attempted delivery. Payment will be refunded in full to the originating payment method. 
  • Once customer has taken possession of the product, a restocking fee may apply to the order.
